Orders & Custom Designs
Can I customize my jacket?
Yes. You can choose leather type, color, lining, hardware, and add embroidery or patches. Email us your idea or reference photos and we will send you a quote.
Do you make jackets to my measurements?
Yes. Choose the custom size option and follow our Size Guide. We will confirm your measurements before production begins.
Is the leather genuine?
Yes. Our jackets are made from genuine leather such as cowhide, lambskin and sheepskin, unless a product description says otherwise.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours. After production starts, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
Standard sizes take 5–7 business days to prepare and custom orders 10–14 business days, plus shipping time. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping is free to the US, UK and Canada. Import duties and taxes for international orders are paid by the customer.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Sizing
What is your return policy?
Standard-size jackets can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unworn condition. Custom made-to-measure jackets are final sale, but we will alter or remake them free if a fit issue is our mistake. Read the full Refund & Return Policy.
What if my jacket doesn't fit?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will help with an exchange, alteration or remake depending on your order type.
Care
How do I care for my leather jacket?
Hang it on a wide hanger away from direct heat and sunlight, wipe spills with a soft dry cloth, and condition the leather every 6–12 months. Do not machine wash; use a professional leather cleaner when needed.
