Custom Leather Jackets ships worldwide from our US operations. Here is what to expect after you place an order.
Processing & Production Time
- Standard sizes: 5–7 business days to prepare and quality-check your jacket.
- Custom & made-to-measure: 10–14 business days, as each jacket is cut and stitched to your specifications.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Address Accuracy

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, email us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
