Refund & Return Policy | Custom Leather Jackets

At Custom Leather Jackets, every jacket is cut and stitched for you. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.

30-Day Returns on Standard Sizes

Jackets ordered in a standard size (XS–3XL) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors or damage, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

Jackets made to your own measurements, or with custom colors, linings, embroidery, patches or other personalization, are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned for change of mind. If a custom jacket does not fit because of an error on our side, we will alter or remake it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can help.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email sales@customleatherjackets.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it with a trackable service.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges and any customs duties or taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a standard-size item is to return it for a refund and place a new order. You may also email us to arrange a direct exchange.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After production starts, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
